Pricing questions
What counts as a call?+
One call that Leximo places and that someone answers. If the line is busy, nobody picks up, or only a recorded message plays, Leximo tries again up to three times and you are not charged for any of those attempts.
Do unused calls roll over?+
The calls in your plan renew each billing month and don't carry over. Extra calls you buy on top of your plan stay on your account until you use them.
Is there a free trial?+
Yes: a free 60-second demo where you hear Leximo handle a call, no card required. After that, pick the plan that fits how often you need calls made.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes, there's no contract. On the web you manage your plan from your profile; if you subscribed in the iOS or Android app, you manage it in the App Store or Google Play.
What if I need more calls?+
Buy extra calls at any time from your profile, or move to a bigger plan. Extra calls don't expire at the end of the month.
Which currency are prices in?+
Prices are shown in US dollars and billed monthly. Payments on the web go through Stripe; in the mobile apps, through the App Store or Google Play.
