Hotel bookings

    Let Leximo call the hotel

Small hotels often have better answers on the phone than online: real availability, a direct rate, whether the room is quiet. Leximo calls, asks and books, then tells you what you got.

    How it works

    1. 1

      Say what you're looking for

The hotel, your dates, the room you want, your budget and anything to ask: parking, late arrival, breakfast.

    2. 2

      Leximo calls the front desk

It asks your questions, books if the terms match what you said, and checks the details back with the hotel.

    3. 3

      You get the confirmation

The dates, room, price and confirmation number if the hotel gives one, with a transcript of the call.

    Example

    You ask
“Call the guesthouse in Lisbon I saved and ask if they have a double room for 12–14 November under €180 a night. We arrive around midnight — check that's OK.”
    Leximo reports back

They have a double for both nights at €165 a night, breakfast included. Late arrival is fine; the night desk is open 24 hours. Not booked yet — tell Leximo to go ahead and it will call back.

    Why let Leximo call

    • Questions answered by the people at the desk, not a booking page
    • Confirms an online booking or special request directly with the hotel
    • Calls in the hotel's language when you're booking abroad
    • A transcript of exactly what the hotel agreed to

    Questions
